These terms govern your use of Herman Padel Center's facilities, services and this website. By booking a court, visiting our premises or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & cancellations
- Court reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Please arrive on time; sessions begin and end at the booked times.
- We ask that cancellations be made with reasonable notice so the slot can be offered to others.
Use of the facilities
- Appropriate sports footwear and conduct are required on the courts.
- Please follow the directions of our staff and any posted safety rules.
- The sports bar and restaurant are subject to their own service hours and house rules.
Conduct
We want everyone to enjoy the center. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful or disruptive to others.
Liability
Use of our facilities is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Herman Padel Center is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property except where caused by our negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
